How long do items take to ship?
Anything listed as RTS (Ready to Ship) will ship next business day. Anything listed ‘Custom’ will take up to 10BD to ship. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Lined hoodies or other printed items (such as shirts or hoodies) may take longer to ship. Refer to each listing for a more accurate turn around time.
What does RTS mean?
RTS means Ready to Ship. These are premade items and only need to be packaged and labeled to be sent out to you.
What products can I get custom?
We have a variety of custom options including bows, scrunchies, headbands, headwraps, beanies, and other things to be added soon. These options also include name options as well.
Can I send my own hoodie to be lined? Or do I have to purchase yours?
Absolutely! A custom lined hoodie is a $20 add on, however you can send your own hoodie, as long as you pay the price of shipping both ways, plus the $20 fee.
Do you offer local pick up and drop off?
Yes! If you are local to Clarksville, Tennessee or surrounding areas, I can deliver most without fee. Please communicate with me to set up a pick up.
Do you offer any discounts?
You can get discount codes from our facebook or instagram! We also run sales periodically to offer you a chance to stock up!
